Rig Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rig Electrician to join our team at Precision Drilling Canada Limited Partnership.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on drilling rigs.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent electrical system failures.
- Develop and implement electrical system upgrades and improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical work, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty and hot environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Our team works in a variety of locations, including urban areas and remote sites. You will be required to work outdoors and in challenging environments.
