Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, as well as providing technical advice and guidance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve work objectives
- Train and develop team members in their duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports on work progress and performance
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice and guidance
- Coordinate and review work assignments and performance
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
- Support for newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
