Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily activities within the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Education Requirements
  • No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Recruit, train, and facilitate ongoing development of employees.
  • Develop and manage work schedules to optimize store operations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.

Responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
