Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer service.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
