Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our System Integration team at Eramosa, a specialist firm providing electrical and instrumentation & control engineering to the water and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
    • Manage project budgets, invoicing, and contract administration.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Mentoring and Coaching:
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their technical and soft skills.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Technical Lead:
    • Lead the development of process control narratives, I/O lists, and contract documents.
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of control systems, including PLC and SCADA programming.
    • Conduct factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, and site start-up and commissioning.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system integration and SCADA development/programming, with a strong background in control systems engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as GE, Emerson, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, ControlWave, and SCADA/HMI programming for various manufacturers.
