Your Role:
- Lead the design and construction of hydrogen stations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians involved in various project phases.
- Provide expert guidance on automation, instrumentation, and process optimization within the context of hydrogen infrastructure projects.
- Develop comprehensive procurement and subcontracting strategies to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Select technical solutions based on project requirements, budget constraints, and industry best practices.
- Continuously improve project execution methods and investments through data analysis and process refinement.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and oversee on-site activities, including commissioning and handover.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on automation and instrumentation.
- 8+ years of experience managing turnkey projects within the renewable energy sector, specifically hydrogen infrastructure development.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and actively participate in on-site activities.
