Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boom Crane Operator to join our team at Foundation Building Materials. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating boom cranes to lift and move heavy equipment and materials on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate boom cranes to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Measure weight and prepare for rigging and hoisting
  • Clean and lubricate cranes to maintain optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Rig and hoist equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in boom crane operation
  • Boom Truck Crane Operator Trade Certification
Work Environment

As a Boom Crane Operator, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
