About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Installer to join our team at 1966686 Ontario Inc. As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products to meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products to maintain their functionality and appearance.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work processes.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders to maintain accurate records and facilitate payment processing.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precise measurements and accurate placements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment to facilitate transportation and storage.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure effective teamwork and efficient work processes.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to perform various tasks and installations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction or renovation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects (up to 23 kg/50 lbs).
  • Reliability and punctuality to meet deadlines and commitments.
