Job Title: Space Field Specialist

At Molson Coors Beverage Company, we're committed to brewing beverages that unite people to celebrate all life's moments. As a Space Field Specialist, you'll be part of our Americas Commercial Accelerator group within the Sales Organization, working in Toronto or Montréal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead various schematic projects to support chains in achieving Molson Coors chain volume, space, and distribution goals.
  • Provide expertise and counsel to space analysts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continual improvement as a Center of Space Management and Assortment Analytical Excellence for Molson Coors.
  • Develop and implement Molson Coors space management planning processes and tools to achieve sales and distribution goals with chain customers.
  • Increase analyst efficiency through effective space management strategies and processes.
  • Identify, develop, and implement space management category management education and tools for schematic projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in space management.
  • Strong PC skills in applicable programs, advanced knowledge of space management tools, including Space Planning, Space Automation, Efficient Item Assortment, Intactix.
  • Experience working with Knowledge Base, ACNielsen NITRO, Spectra, and Access Database.
  • Good understanding of retailer space strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Thirst for learning and willingness to help others grow.
