Job Title: Space Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Field Specialist to join our Americas Commercial Accelerator group within the Sales Organization. This role will be responsible for drawing sets for retailers to maximize our strategic efforts with shelf space at accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead various schematic projects that support chains in achieving Molson Coors chain volume, space, and distribution goals.
  • Provide expertise and counsel to space analysts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continual improvement as a Center of Space Management and Assortment Analytical Excellence for Molson Coors.
  • Develop and implement Molson Coors space management planning processes and tools to achieve sales and distribution goals with chain customers.
  • Increase analyst efficiency through the development and implementation of effective space management strategies and processes.
  • Identify, develop, and implement space management category management education and help develop tools used in the development of schematic projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of space management.
  • Strong PC skills in applicable programs, advanced knowledge of space management tools including Space Planning, Space Automation, Efficient Item Assortment, Intactix.
  • Experience working with Knowledge Base, ACNielsen NITRO, Spectra, and Access Database.
  • Good understanding of retailer space strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Thirst for learning and willingness to help others grow.
