Site Superintendent Overview

The Site Superintendent plays a crucial role in managing and directing all construction operations on-site to guarantee that projects are executed efficiently and within the allocated budget. This position entails overseeing on-site personnel, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and upholding safety standards throughout the construction process.

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee every phase of construction from initiation to completion, including evaluating blueprints, site layouts, and organizing inspections.
  • Manage daily construction operations, ensuring all modifications are carried out as specified.
  • Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assess safety practices and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in the residential construction sector.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in construction management software.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and possession of safety training certifications.
  • Experience in material procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance.
