Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to convert business challenges into comprehensive analytics solution frameworks.
  • Enhance customer insights through data analysis, contributing to the overall evaluation of the consumer journey.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions grounded in a thorough understanding of business challenges, ensuring the delivery of analytics solutions is efficient, predictable, and sustainable.
  • Oversee analytics project management, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger's global team.
  • Take ownership of the complete Data + Analytics delivery process, optimizing resource allocation and sequencing.
  • Supervise the architecture, development, and management of business-ready data within the Enterprise Data Foundation.
  • Facilitate coordination among Domains, Products, and Projects to promote reuse and minimize redundancy in the Data + Analytics portfolio.
  • Present findings to senior management, communicate results to business teams, and formulate strategies to operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Create data roadmaps to achieve hydration objectives and support timely execution of global data initiatives.
  • Ensure accessibility of data cataloging within the Data Foundation for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technical Data Product Managers to manage expectations and eliminate discrepancies regarding analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, data analytics, data science, and data operations within business-facing roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading and developing advanced analytics and big data solutions, including large-scale data modeling.
  • Proven ability to engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics strategies.
  • Exceptional skill in identifying value sources from data analytics across key business domains, such as marketing, risk, and operations, and defining actionable paths to realize that value.
  • Experience working in agile environments with a successful track record of estimating and delivering complex products.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into relevant and digestible insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive innovative, business-oriented solutions utilizing data science, feature engineering, and machine learning.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and talent cultivation across various levels.
  • Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
