Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations and strategic direction of our organization. This is a permanent position that offers the flexibility of remote work.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or approve policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official functions.
  • Recruit and select middle management and executive staff, delegating necessary authority and fostering optimal working conditions.
  • Create and implement risk management strategies.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional campaigns, and manage human resources planning.
  • Guide and support staff in records management, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 personnel.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
