Puddicombe House Inc is seeking a dedicated Retail Meat Cutter to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- Prepare meats for processing by cleaning and organizing.
- Execute precise cuts, trims, and preparations of standard meat portions.
- Remove bones from various types of meat as needed.
- Prepare fish by cutting into steaks and fillets.
- Provide training and guidance to new meat cutters.
- Craft special sausage varieties to enhance our product offerings.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 35 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
