About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at Gwireless Smart Homes Ltd. as an Electrical Installation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install electrical controls and panel boxes to ensure safe and efficient electrical systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Design and construct single-phase service for single or multi-meter installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Connect power to audio and visual equipment to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Install surface mount and/or overhead cables to meet the electrical needs of our clients.
  • Instruct apprentices in the electrical trade, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the next generation of electricians is well-equipped to succeed.
  • Install power generation, stand-by power generation, and power conditioning systems to provide reliable and efficient electrical power.
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient electrical installations.
  • Work Term: Permanent with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
