Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor at Hare Foods Ltd. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in food service management.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
- Supervise and guide team members, including apprentices and other support staff
- Assign specific duties to sales personnel
- Resolve operational issues, including customer requests and supply shortages
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of team members
- Organize and maintain inventory efficiently
- Recruit, train, and develop staff or arrange for their training
Supervision of 1 to 2 team members.
