About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at United Developments. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
  • Cost Estimation and Control: Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Work Scheduling and Planning: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Material Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and budgets. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and be physically able to perform the duties of the role.

Experience and Education

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in residential construction and project management. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
