Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide clients with unique pricing inquiries in a dynamic environment utilizing advanced technology.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers through phone and email communication.
  • Provide informed follow-up and present solutions to clients regarding their inquiries and pricing options.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
  • Share client feedback, innovative product ideas, and market trends with the Merchandising team.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written communication.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or customer support capacity.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, including strong follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented, decisive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting with guidance.
