Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Designer Brands. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including daytime shifts and weekends.
  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
