Key Responsibilities
- Assume a leadership role and take responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
- Facilitate achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve segment success and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager and district leadership.
- Open and close the store proficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service and strong willingness to assist customer needs.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
