  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
  • Facilitate achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve segment success and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager and district leadership.
  • Open and close the store proficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
