About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including take-out food, and ensure that all food is handled and stored safely.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure that all customer interactions are friendly and courteous.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
