We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Strategist to join our team at Relay Financial. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead a team of content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our content marketing efforts, using data to inform future content decisions and optimize our strategy for better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content marketing best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as freelance writers and designers, to support content creation and production.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on content marketing best practices and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading content teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
