Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing property rights for our transmission and distribution lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire property rights for transmission and distribution lines, including easements and licenses
  • Manage low voltage rights and property tax payments
  • Review and respond to municipal planning circulations that may affect our transmission assets
  • Assist in the preparation of real estate reports and summaries
Requirements
  • Discipline: Real Estate (e.g., Bachelor of Commerce, Real Estate and Land Use Planning)
  • Academic Level: Minimum 2nd year of program completed
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for periodic travel
