Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineering Intern to support our engineering department during an expansion project at our manufacturing site. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with process, utility, and mechanical engineers on a variety of tasks, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing bid comparison spreadsheets for various project components.
  • Participate in walking down P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams) to understand system design and functionality.
  • Review and verify component lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to assembling comprehensive system documentation.
  • Support engineers with advanced tasks, such as data analysis and technical research.
  • Perform various clerical tasks to support the engineering team's workflow.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Pipe-Flo, and Bluebeam is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
