Process Engineer Opportunity at Lantic Inc.

Lantic Inc. is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at our Montreal refinery. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase sugar recovery.
  • Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering sector to validate concepts, develop schedules, and provide technical support.
  • Coach and influence employees to achieve company goals and values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in factory manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.
  • Proficiency in Autocad or other design software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and execute project plans that achieve identified objectives.
