Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Provide education and training to clients on topics such as safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies
  • Support clients in returning to work through job coaching and accommodation recommendations
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
