Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Gurmeet Gill Personal Real State Corporation. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with laundry and household tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The physical demands of this role include lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and performing repetitive tasks.
