As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Napoleon's products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage customer files, process sales orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent Napoleon at trade shows, home shows, and special events, promoting our products and building relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Product Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the home comfort industry, particularly with fireplace, HVAC, and grill products.
- Skills: Proven negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
