We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to coordinate, lead, and deliver implementation projects for Ex Libris products. As a key member of our Professional Services Department, you will work closely with libraries and their skilled stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead implementation projects for Ex Libris products, working closely with library stakeholders to understand their workflows and challenges.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to library staff, leveraging your expertise in software implementation and project management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Support and Alma Migration Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with library stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering trust through professional and timely responses.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong background in software implementation and project management. Your experience working with Ex Libris or ProQuest products is a plus, as is your knowledge of library workflows and standards.
