At Cosmic Growers Inc, we are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our farming operations. This role is essential for the successful cultivation of our crops.

  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
Work Environment

Our focus is on fruit and vegetable combination farming, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize vertical farming systems to cultivate crops effectively.
  • Assess and grade produce based on various quality factors such as size, shape, color, and volume.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the greenhouse and surrounding work areas.
  • Participate in the harvesting and packaging of fruits and vegetables.
  • Engage in planting, irrigating, and securing crops to ensure optimal growth.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure product quality meets our standards.
  • Assist in loading and unloading farm produce as needed.
Types of Crops

Our primary focus includes microgreens, which are vital to our production.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of handling loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks.
Required Equipment
  • Personal protective equipment such as gloves.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for this role.
