Halton Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, triage, and nursing assessment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer care to adult and pediatric patients from all triage priorities
- Competent in a diverse range of skills from stabilization and care of the critically ill to first aid
- May be required to transport critical patients to other facilities
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years current Emergency nursing experience
- ECG monitoring including arrhythmia interpretation
- Post-diploma Emergency courses and/or ACLS certification preferred
- Competitive salary range: $39.07 to $56.00 per hour
- Permanent Part-time position
- Monday to Sunday - Various rotating 12 hour shifts
