**Job Opportunity with Lac La Ronge Indian Band**
The Keethanow Group of Businesses, a subsidiary of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Financial Operations Coordinator at our Keethanow Gas Bar location in La Ronge, SK.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and post journal entries, as well as reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and perform quality assurance functions.
- Manage and maintain filing and record systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting being an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced proficiency in SAGE accounting software and spreadsheet programs.
- Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity suite.
- Knowledge and experience with office equipment, such as photocopiers and email systems.
- Must be bondable, punctual, honest, and reliable.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check.
