Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team at Rockland Landscaping Supplies Ltd. As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating snow removal equipment to ensure safe and efficient snow removal services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal equipment, including snowblowers and other machinery, to clear snow from roads, sidewalks, and other areas.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often in cold and snowy conditions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective snow removal services.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment.
  • Knowledge of winter maintenance and snow removal techniques.
Work Environment

This is a seasonal, on-the-road position with a variable schedule. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often in cold and snowy conditions.
