Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and harmonize procedural IT asset management documents
  • Compare existing documents, note differences, and make recommendations for consolidation
  • Gain consensus and create a final consolidated/harmonized version

Requirements

  • Mid-Level to Senior-Level experience in Technical Writing with exemplary writing skills
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Suite applications, specifically Microsoft Word
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow from a writing perspective
  • Experience working with Visio for creating written diagrams
  • Critical thinking, collaboration, knowledge of IT, and knowledge of IT asset management
  • Financial Services industry experience or Banking is a plus
