About the Role

Soho VFX Inc. is seeking a skilled Visual Effects Compositor to join our team in film and TV production. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce Project Designs: Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative visual effects concepts and designs.
  • Digitize Images: Utilize peripherals and retouching systems, graphic palettes, or specialized software to digitize images and transform them into stunning visual effects.
  • Produce Computerized Images and Drawings: Create computer-generated images and drawings using industry-standard software.
  • Work with Nuke: Proficiently use Nuke to create and composite visual effects.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our team of artists, designers, and producers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in visual effects compositing, preferably in film and TV production.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.
