Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead your team to meet sales and profitability targets while ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Recruitment and Development: Assist in attracting, managing, and nurturing top talent who are passionate about sales and customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention, payroll management, and effective scheduling.
  • Merchandising Strategy: Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards that create an inviting shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve strong sales results.
  • A High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for candidates in Quebec.
