Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line, including parts and accessories.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and features.
- Sell parts through various channels, including in-store, over the phone, and through telemarketing efforts.
- Assist customers with selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Review and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
What We Look For:
- Previous experience in a parts sales or customer service role is an asset, but not required.
