About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc. as a Golf Course Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products to maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes.
  • Direct crews who maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes.
  • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease, and implement effective solutions.
  • Plant and move trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of golf courses and surrounding landscapes.
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and maintain the integrity of golf courses.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling to perform tasks that require flexibility and mobility.
  • Reliability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes.
