Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales staff to duties and oversee their performance
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff and other team members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
