Job Overview:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Design, Technology, or a related discipline, complemented by relevant experience in business analysis. A diploma in a design or technology field, paired with additional years of practical experience in business analysis. Professional Experience: Proven business analysis experience with technical products, particularly those related to API gateway technology. Involvement in business analysis for new products or services, including the creation of training, educational, and marketing materials aimed at onboarding clients and enhancing product adoption. Collaborative experience with developers and UX/UI designers to effectively communicate user requirements. Experience in an Agile software development setting, contributing as part of a multidisciplinary team to iteratively create and refine digital products and services. Additional Skills and Experience:
Responsibilities include: Identifying, defining, modeling, and documenting business requirements, including: Modeling and documenting technical solutions, Developing and presenting business cases that include feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses of alternative solutions, Defining and documenting product requirements and funding for development and ongoing support, Creating presentations, reports, and submissions necessary for client approval and funding from executive or treasury boards, and Developing comprehensive work plans; Professional Interaction: Engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (executives, contractors, technical experts, and end-users) to develop and implement: Automated business processes, Service agreements with consumers and suppliers, Appropriate service management processes, Training and educational materials, and Application maintenance support. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of delivered business solutions meets established expectations by: Verifying that the structure, design, and development of deliverables comply with applicable standards, Monitoring and controlling project progress, resource utilization, and costs, and Conducting technical reviews and audits to secure necessary approvals prior to implementation.
