Job Opportunity

UPS is seeking a skilled HR Geo Services Specialist to provide support to geographies within their scope of responsibility. This role is responsible for delivering HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations, covering one to multiple UPS locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs on job boards, creating requisitions, and conducting recruitment outreach.
  • Manage employee concerns and workplace investigations, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Support external and internal customers, providing exceptional service and communication.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
  • Previous Human Resources experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and convey a positive image to internal and external customers.

Requirements for the Role:
