Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PPH Restaurants Inc. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a team-oriented culture
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity.
