Roofing Project Supervisor

Tremco Roofing, a prominent entity in the provision of construction and building maintenance solutions, is seeking a Roofing Project Supervisor.

  • Are you an experienced expert with a robust history in managing commercial and industrial roofing initiatives to guarantee timely and budget-friendly execution?
  • Key responsibilities encompass addressing project obstacles, coordinating subcontractor activities and client operations, upholding Tremco standards, reporting on project progress, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience with built-up roofing systems or a minimum of 5 years as a BUR systems foreman. Expertise in single-ply roofing systems, construction practices, and field metalwork fabrication is crucial. Furthermore, the ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders is essential. Occasional travel may be required for this position.

The compensation range for this role generally lies between $76,110 and $100,000, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and other relevant factors as permitted by law.
