Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Destiny Transportation Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office routines and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
