- Collaborate with the District Manager to project sales and labor costs to enhance store performance.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of business initiatives.
- Meet the store's sales objectives and profit margins while controlling expenses.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to provide an outstanding client experience while adhering to financial targets.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Report inventory challenges to the District Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, and onboarding across all store roles, including management.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities are crucial.
- Capability to analyze sales patterns and respond effectively.
