Job Summary

The TEP GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new approaches to complex engineering problems
  • Prepare and modify drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Monitor work to ensure adherence to TEP GROUP standards and accepted engineering practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-quality solutions

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Telecommunication experience an asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in Canada

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrate focus on accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid office environment, with a minimum of three days in the office. The work environment is climate-controlled and internal.
