About Fergie's Cafe

We are a dynamic coffee shop looking for a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality beverage experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee shop and storage areas
  • Train and assist new staff members
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
