We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Assistant to join our team at A&P Dental Lab. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental technicians in the creation of high-quality dental prosthetics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Dental Models: Prepare plaster models and moulds for dental prosthetics, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Alloy Casting: Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Wax Moulding: Mould wax over dentures set-up, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Framework Finishing: Finish metal framework of dentures, ensuring a precise fit and smooth finish.
  • Impression Trays: Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays, requiring a strong understanding of dental anatomy.
  • Denture Production: Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures, working closely with dental technicians.
  • Orthodontic Bands: Make orthodontic bands from metal and alloys, requiring a strong understanding of orthodontic principles.
