HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at TEEMA Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our hiring managers and employees across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment, including advising and working with hiring managers
  • HR Generalist functions, such as performance management, labour relations, and employee relations
  • Assisting employees with pension-related stock purchase questions
  • Engaging with the health and safety committee and working with the Learning and Development team
  • Managing paperwork and working with the HR administrator
  • Working with multiple locations or branches on HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of broad HR experience, including full cycle recruitment, performance appraisals, and employee relations
  • Team-focused and open to having your work reviewed by colleagues or reviewing colleague's work to gain and give input
  • Experience working with multiple locations or provinces, advising hiring managers and giving advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Good computer literacy, including CRM usage, MS Word, and Excel
  • A sense of humour and a great attitude
  • Post-secondary education in HR, degree, or diploma
  • CHRP in progress or completed
