Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning personnel to uphold service excellence.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure effective operations.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to guarantee compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Advise on and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Support cleaning staff in their tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
